Arrive on your own by bike or car, or on the group bike ride (13.5 miles at C pace, 14-15 mph avg.) from Long Pond boat ramp in Rutland, MA, starting at 10:30 a.m.

The group ride will return to Long Pond after lunch.

Lunchtime is 12:15 p.m.
$10 per person includes hamburger/cheeseburger, or veggie burger, or 2 hot dogs, plus a side dish (potato salad, or tater tots, or mac & cheese) and soft drink (Harmony Springs sodas are among the offerings). The actual cost is higher than $10, but the club will subsidizes the meal.
Dessert and other extras can be purchased on your own.
Reservation with payment is required by 3 p.m. Friday, Aug. 26. To make your reservation and pay online:
1. Log in to your own PayPal account.
2. Click “send money” and enter who you’re paying: payments@sevenhillswheelmen.org
3. Enter the amount $10.00. (Or $20.00 if you’re paying for two people, $30.00 for three people, etc.)
4. You MUST fill in the box labeled “What’s this payment for?” by typing ONE of the following choices for each person:

5. Follow the PayPal prompts to complete your transaction.
If you can’t use PayPal, you can mail a check, payable to Seven Hills Wheelmen, to Bill Dobson, 7 McCormick Rd., Spencer, MA 01562, and put your meal choice in the memo: burger, veggieburger, or hotdogs. Bill needs the headcount by 3 p.m. Aug. 26, so get your check in the mail in time.
