St. Patrick’s Parade – Slow Roll
The most extreme slow roll ever — 2 miles in two hours.
It’s the Worcester County St. Patrick’s Parade, from noon to 2 p.m. Sunday, March 16, along Park Avenue in Worcester.
Bike participants are invited to Dale & Susan’s house, near the parade start, 10-11 a.m. for coffee, light breakfast, bathroom and conversation, then a half-mile bike ride to the assembly point.
We’ll assemble at 11:30 at 50 Mill St., in the parking lot for Asian Supermarket, Harbor Freight, and Family Dollar.
In the parade, we’ll carry the 7HW banner.
Afterward, around 2:30, participants are invited to a boiled dinner of corned beef and cabbage, ‘taters, etc., back at Dale & Susan’s house.
We welcome all types of bikes, all ages, and all nationalities and ethnic backgrounds. Everyone’s Irish on St. Patrick’s Day!
RSVP is required. Dale needs a head count for the parade and another for food shopping.
